Our Effective Delegation session will provide a comprehensive plan for each task being delegated. Everybody involved will know exactly what is going on, which saves time right across the board.

The other significant aspect of this session is that it allows you to use the same methodology to review plans in the past to see what caused them to come up short of expectations. Imagine knowing what the past can tell you about the future?

This is a 2 hour session for individuals or to groups of up to 12 people followed by 6 one-to-one, one hour monthly sessions to track progress.
